Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects within strict deadlines and budget constraints using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Define project goals, tasks, and deliverables together with management and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans and related documentation using tools such as Jira and Trello.
  • Clearly and timely communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  • Assess resources and select team members necessary to achieve project objectives.
  • Prepare and present budget proposals and, if necessary, suggest budget adjustments.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities among team members using resource management systems.
  • Identify and resolve project-related issues and team conflicts.
